What must be done

For participants requesting reimbursement, please do not make travel arrangements before receiving an official invitation through the e-COST system.
No registration fees will be charged. EUROBIG supports on-site participants with reimbursement of their long-distance travel expenses (over 101 km, train, plane, car, etc.) combined with the daily allowance, which covers the other expenses (accommodation, meals, and short-distance travel). COST financial support is always paid after the event to a limited number of participants. For details, please visit this website with details.
